Tajikistan is a land ripe for adventure!  At Archa Travel we are passionate about giving you the opportunity to explore.  Here’s what we believe makes us stand out: 

• Archa Travel is a owned by the local non-profit “Central Asian Partnership”.  
• Our profits go toward funding our community development projects – places that you will visit as you explore with us!
• We believe in ethical tourism – that means that we want to see the local mountain communities benefitting from your visit.  Where possible we will try to ensure that you pay service providers directly, rather than us as an intermediary.
• Our team is made up of local staff members with years of history and relationships with mountain communities as well as resident international staff members with years of experience exploring the mountains of Central Asia.  As insiders we know the gems that Tajikistan has to offer.  As outsiders we know what you want and expect as visitors.  Together we make a great team!
• We focuses on providing independent travellers with opportunities for exploration off the beaten track… even away from the comparably lightly beaten tracks of Tajikistan!  Many of our trips will require a certain level of fitness and experience.
